It’s #SmallBusinessShoutOut time!! This week we want to show some sweetness to HANS & FRANZ!
HANS & FRANZ is a miniature cake company brought to us with inspiration from Germany. Vera, the owner, was missing her German sourdough and wanting some cake, but not the whole cake!!
She came up with bite-sized mini cakes of all flavors from your traditional “FRANZ” sweets consisting of chocolate, vanilla, lemon, and more, to “HANS” flavors such as bacon cheddar jalapeño, brisket, and Italian.
You can find her mini cakes on the weekend at the Tanglewood Local Foods location. Also, this Saturday, July 29th, HANZ & FRANZ will have a booth at the Presidio Market, so go and check them out!!
