What do you think about Hard Candy claiming that Katy Perry’s new makeup collection with CoverGirl infringes their trademark? Hard Candy is asking CoverGirl to stop using the trademark with the heart icon they have used, since 1995, and for all of the profits from her Teenage Dream makeup collection and for punitive damages!
